Have You Been Sashed Yet?
Have you been sashed yet? Oregon Secretary of State Kate Brown was sashed last week at the Century of Action exhibit opening, and the sash has been spotted all over the Capitol building! Oregon Senators Diane Rosenbaum (D-Portland) and Ted Ferrioli (R-John Day, shown below being sashed) are both proud sash owners, as well as supporters of Senate Concurrent Resolution 204, which passed the Oregon Senate with a unanimous vote in favor of the resolution this past Tuesday.
But state officials aren’t the only ones sporting the sash! Western Oregon University Students are getting in on the action!
Sophomore Zach Jones (above) was sashed at the Capitol after testifying in favor of SCR 204.
Sophomore David Cervantes (above) was sashed and excited about it!
